Salatin is one of those "just add water" kind
of guys. Arguably one of the key spokesmen for eco-farming,
his family's Polyface
Farms are the very definition
of "carrying
capacity."
We are fortunate that he and his kind are here with the wisdom and ability to
shepherd us into a new paradigm.
In my opinion the only thing better than listening to him is spending time on
his farm and eating his food.
His New book "Everything I Want To Do Is Illegal" just may be the best expert
insight on why local food is expensive and difficult to find and illuminates
for the reader a deeper understanding of the industrial food complex. BUY IT
AND READ IT!
